Why UP exists
Every day, people with a lifetime of knowledge, half-finished projects, and hard-won expertise quietly fade from the world — taking their unfinished work with them. A wooden clock left in a workshop. A novel abandoned at chapter twelve. A community garden that never got planted.
UP exists to change that. We believe every unfinished project deserves a next chapter, and every young person deserves the chance to contribute to something that genuinely matters.
Who it's for
For elders: If you have a project you started — creative, technical, community, or personal — and you can no longer see it through, UP helps you find someone who will carry it forward with the same care you put in.
For contributors: If you have skills, time, and the desire to do something meaningful, UP connects you with real people and real work — not side projects, but someone's life's work.
Where we are now
UP is currently in development. We are building the platform and collecting early projects through a simple form. If you have a project to share — or want to be notified when we launch — we'd love to hear from you.
We are a small team building something we believe in. We are not backed by venture capital. We are not chasing growth metrics. We are trying to build something honest and lasting.
